At Root 2 Tip we have a nail station, ready for your service. Our very talented Jubilie can either accommodate you the same time as your hair, or you come just for your nails. We have a variety of CrisNails lacquer and CND long-lasting easy soak off Shellac Gel.

Cara Maggs
Senior Stylist
Born and raised Zimbabwean girl, who loves the outdoors and games.
Trained and qualified with City & Guilds in 2007, and her passion and love for hair has grown stronger and stronger with each year.
She worked abroad on the cruiseship in 2011, then decided it was the right opportunity to open up Root 2 Tip.
She enjoys cutting hair and reshaping to suit clients needs, as well as big hair makeovers.
Samantha Stals, now Jackson, A. K. A Sami
Senior Stylist
Zimbabwean born, Child of God, lover of wine.
Sam joined the hair industry in 2010. Travelled down south regularly to do a color mastery course.
She then joined root 2 Tip in 2012 and qualified in 2013.
She jumped on a cruise ship in 2015 where she discovered her love for barbering. Rejoined the team in 2016 and met the love of her life at the salon.
Expanded herself in the beauty industry and did a make-up course in 2019.
You can always find her drinking coffee between clients.

Leanne Coetzee
Senior Stylist
Trained in Cape Town (2011) but always longed to come home to Zim where she has worked in salons building up clientelle and along the way has really taken on specializing in Blonde hair.
Joined Root 2 Tip in March 2019, she currently works flexi hours as she has become a mum and loves to be able to do do both.
Adrianne Peall
Stylist
Adrianne used to be a TEFL teacher abroad, until she found the love of hair. She began her studies in the hair industry in 2017 and then qualified 2019.
She traveled to Spain for an intensive hair course in coloring and cutting. Joined the Root 2 Tip team in July 2020. She enjoys coloring and highlighting.
Emily Schoultz
Junior Stylist
In her last year school (2016) she started working in a salon sweeping floors and making tea trying out new things, in hope of finding a passion and ended up falling for the career in a whole, couldn't wait to start her hairdressing journey.
Joining Root 2 Tip in September 2019 and completing her apprenticeship she has never looked back.
Jubilie Mashoz
Nail Technician
She is a God fearing woman who trained as a nail tech way back in 1998 with Star Nails which was in Chisi.
In 1999 she started work in Borrowdale and moved to Golden stairs 7yrs later. She worked there for 3yrs and moved yet again to Master's Touch where worked for 10yrs before joining the Root 2 Tip team in November 2019 for a lucrative environment.
She loves meeting different people and the best part is socializing while working.
Jeannine Raesbeck
Receptionist (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays)
Jeannine joined us in 2018 from a background mainly in admin. She loves being part of this busy salon, meeting different people and getting to see all their transformations. Working part time allows Jeannine the opportunity to do online training to pursue other interests and she also enjoys listening to music, travel with her ultimate happy place being by the sea.

Ginny Ross
Receptionist (Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Ginny is the financial director of Root 2 Tip aswell as runs the behind the scenes admin. She enjoys the social aspect of being in a salon, chatting and getting to know the clients.
Working part time allows her to be involved with her passion hockey and all different aspects.
She also has a printing and hospitality training business. Loves to travel and see the world.

At Root 2 Tip Hair Studio, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know.
